• 1,100 Bed Hospital

• Open & Closed ICU

• 5 nocturnists on per night

• ICU Coverage

• Cross-cover ICU (split between floor and ICU call)

• Call the in-house nocturnist/intensivist as needed

• Always someone available to assist

• Advance plan of care, not just monitor

• Rapids & Codes

• Dedicated rapid response and code team

• Critical Care responds to codes — you may assist if it is your patient

• Workload

• ~10 patient encounters per night

• 8–12 admissions (average 8–10)

• Handoff patients to ER if needed

• $455,000 Base Salary

• $10,000 Annual Quality Bonus
