Recruiter - Human Resources – Oklahoma State University Medical Center

The recruiter is responsible for all aspects of recruitment including sourcing, interviews, job offers, coordination of new hire paperwork, maintaining databases and acting as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates. Recruiters interpret compensation, benefits, job descriptions, and position requirements to applicants. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies, procedures, strategies and planning. Recruiters attend recruitment events on and off campus, representing OSUMC.

Is able to work independently, exhibit a professional appearance, make decisions and support all team members. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and OSUMC standards.

• 2-year/Associate’s Degree (an equivalent combination of education and direct experience, where the experience is beyond the minimum amount stated below, may be substituted for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis).
• 4-year/Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred, with a Clinical Bachelor's Degree regarded favorably).
