What

You’ll Do
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand job requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to onboarding
  • Conduct reference checks, coordinate interviews, and support offer processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation and compliance within internal systems
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and support
  • Collaborate with your team to meet weekly and monthly performance goals
What You Bring
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A competitive, goal‑oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume environment
  • Comfort with technology, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
  • A passion for helping people find meaningful work
  • Previous recruiting, sales, or customer‑facing experience is helpful but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Tulsa, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50356.80 - $50356.80/yr.

Consistent shift schedules (Mon–Fri ~7:30–16:00) with minimal overtime. Benefits package includes:

Employer-paid healthcare (medical, dental, vision), 11 paid holidays, 10 vacation days, 7 sick days, Additional health-and-welfare stipend (~$6/hr for some roles).

Annual bonuses (up to 6%), 21 days PTO, and 401(k) matching available for corporate or HR roles.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Tulsa, OK.
