Location: Human Resources Department - Central Library 400 Civic Center, Tulsa, OK. 74103
Salary: $16.25 / hour
Schedule: 20 hours / week
Flexible schedule working within the business hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm;
Additional responsibilities include:
- Administers training records in the LMS. Marks training modules as complete, updates learner milestones, runs training reports, and creates/updates profiles transfers:
- Tracks on-the-job (OJT) completion, annual compliance training, and helps coordinate New-Hire Leadership Orientation sessions,
- Maintains the Live Session calendar for the continuing education (Con Ed), IT, and developmental training programs. Checks enrollment thresholds, book meeting rooms, and add sessions to the LMS,
- Processes and upload Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) into Paycor;
- Supports cybersecurity training and accountability and monthly reporting;
- Administers the TCCL Tuition Reimbursement program. Processes applications and reimbursement requests, tracks participation and maintains records of awards/reimbursements;
- Assists Recruiting Specialist by ensuring onboarding and orientation materials are prepared in advance;
- Assists HR leadership with compiling and creating various report requests;
- Surveys participants as directed to evaluate training programs, benefit offerings, and employee experience processes (onboarding/orientation);
- Administers staff parking in the American Parking Parkade for Central Library employees;
- Orders HR office supplies quarterly through the finance department;
- Administers the Process Activated Training System (PATS) database and provides administrative support to content creators;
- Supports TCCL's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion efforts, and the Library's Be All In culture,
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel;
- Ability to take direction from multiple sources, effectively prioritize tasks, and work in a self-directed manner to complete them in a timely manner;
- Knowledge of training functions including LMS and HRIS;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Exceptional detail orientation and confidentiality;
- Ability to maintain and produce accurate files, records, and reports;
- Ability to navigate and perform tasks on a variety of technical software, including most Microsoft Office Suite applications and other web-based and app-based software.
- One year of post-secondary education in a related field;
- One or more years' experience in human resources, talent development, library operations, or related field;
- Prior experience with HRIS, Survey Monkey, and related products preferred.
Requires occasional stooping or bending; occasional light lifting (up to 20 pounds) may be required; frequent use of office equipment as well as long periods of sitting, standing, or walking as needed.
Work is typically conducted indoors with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions.
In-town travel with occasional out-of-town trips may occur.
