We’re adding our first dedicated Deployment Engineer to keep pace with inbound demand.

You’ll be the bridge between prospects, customers, and our product team - jumping on technical calls daily, unblocking POCs, and turning field insights into product improvements.

• Take 5+ customer calls per week, solving technical challenges and helping them implement Promptfoo

• Provide post-deployment support to ensure customers are seeing value

• Create technical demos and videos showcasing Promptfoo capabilities

• Be the voice of the customer internally

• Triage and respond to customer support inquiries

• Troubleshoot customer implementations involving JavaScript/Python, Docker, and various enterprise environments

• Write and maintain technical documentation that helps customers self-serve

• Identify opportunities to expand Promptfoo usage within existing accounts

• Contribute to technical content that showcases best practices

• Participate in customer webinars and technical workshops

• Technical Proficiency
  :
  Strong coding skills in JavaScript or Python, comfortable with Docker, databases, and enterprise infra

• Experience with LLM applications, AI security, or developer tools

• Background in security, particularly application security or red teaming

• Previous experience in technical customer success or solutions engineering roles
