• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Perform server provisioning, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor server health and performance using tools like Solar Winds, VMware Ops Manager, and System Center.
• Troubleshoot server-related issues and provide Tier 2/3 support.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere).
• Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to infrastructure alerts.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in server administration and infrastructure support.
• Experience managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience managing VMware server virtualization.
• Scripting skills (Power Shell, Bash, Python).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• SAN storage configuration and management experience.
• Good understanding of server backup technologies (Veeam, Exa Grid plus).
• Experience managing Cisco UCS hardware.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
