• Provide timely resolution of technical issues including system errors, user access problems, and application functionality concerns.
• Offer functional and technical guidance to end-users of the Oracle Forms-based applications, LMS, and Billing System.
• Implement customizations and enhancements to align with evolving business needs.
• Develop and deploy custom reports to support specific operational or compliance requirements.
• Design and deliver new features in Oracle Forms applications, ensuring all customizations are fully tested prior to deployment.
• Conduct regular system health checks and performance analysis for Oracle Forms, LMS, and the Billing System.
• Address performance bottlenecks and apply necessary optimizations.
• Continuously monitor system logs and behavior to proactively identify and mitigate performance or stability issues.
• Apply relevant security patches, bug fixes, and software updates in accordance with vendor release schedules and organizational policies.
• Execute preventive maintenance to minimize the risk of system downtime.
• Ensure the Billing System and LMS remain compliant with applicable industry standards, security policies, and data privacy regulations.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports to support system functionality and enhancements.
• Integrate Oracle Forms applications with other enterprise systems, with a focus on seamless connectivity for the Project.
• Plan and execute the migration of legacy Oracle Forms applications to modern platforms when required.
• Support patch management and enforce compliance with organizational and technical standards.
• Offer Level 2 and 3 support for Oracle Forms applications users, including root cause analysis of recurring issues.
• Integrate Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) with Oracle Forms applications to improve security and simplify authentication.
• Implement single sign-on (SSO) capabilities to streamline user access while maintaining robust security controls.

• 5+ years as an Oracle Forms and PL/SQL Developer.
• Proficient in Web Logic server-based dynamic solutions.
• Oracle database administration experience.
• Skilled in integrating Oracle Forms with other business platforms.
• Strong PL/SQL and Oracle Database expertise.
• Experienced with Oracle Reports and SQL optimization.
• Adept at system design, UI development, and Oracle middleware configuration.
• Proficient in database performance optimization, including query tuning, indexing, and partitioning strategies, to enhance overall database efficiency.
