We are currently looking for a talented Digital Officer to join our team, reporting to the Digital Lead. Your responsibilities include developing business cases for AI initiatives, designing tracking plans for digital touchpoints, analysing user behaviour to identify opportunities, performing SEO/ASO audits with actionable enhancements, supporting UX optimization with data insights, executing User Acceptance Testing, documenting results, resolving issues, and providing administrative assistance to the Digital Team.

• Develop compelling business cases for AI projects and innovation initiatives
• Design and develop tracking plans for all digital touchpoints based on business objectives, process flows, and user journeys; conduct comprehensive business analysis to review user behaviour, identifying challenges, opportunities, and strategic solutions
• Perform detailed SEO/ASO audits and develop actionable enhancement plans with implementation support to improve online visibility and search rankings.
• Partner with UX specialists by providing data-driven insights to inform wireframes, prototypes, and optimize user journeys
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) following standardized processes; document results meticulously and report issues for resolution
• Provide administrative support to the digital team to ensure smooth project execution and operational efficiency

• 2+ years relevant experience in digital projects is required
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is required
• Proficiency with Google Big Query, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and data visualisation tools (Google Looker Studio, Power
  
  BI) is required
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages
• Strong business acumen with a proactive, optimistic mindset and eagerness for continuous learning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Generative AI is highly advantageous
• Prior experience in retail, property management, hospitality, or shopping mall sectors is a plus
