Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12 and later).
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Oversee the development and maintenance of custom extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components).
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
Collaborate with functional leads to support Oracle EBS Financial modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Subledger Accounting (SLA)
Lead and support EBS upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
Ensure compliance with SOX, security, and data governance standards in financial systems.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle EBS performance, automation, and scalability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience, with at least 5+ years in a L
ead Or Senior Developer role
. - Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.
- Hands-on experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
- Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades, patches, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of SOX compliance, IT controls, and financial system security best practices
