Systems Business Analyst

About the role

The System Business Analyst will be responsible for driving successful system implementation by aligning business needs with technical solutions. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can develop test plans, support system design, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Translate business requirements into clear system specifications and workflows
• Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to validate functionality
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system setup and integration
• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, documentation, and reporting
• Facilitate user training sessions and create support materials
• Monitor and analyze system changes to ensure alignment with business goals

• Demonstrated experience in system testing and process documentation
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with workflow design and Microsoft platforms
• Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion
• Preferred:
  Experience with legal systems or court processes
