We are seeking a proactive and autonomous Assistant Manager, Digital Data & Analytics to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role is pivotal in championing a data-driven culture and owning the data function within the Office Marketing team. This is a hybrid position with a clear focus across three core areas: uncovering insights through deep-dive analysis (approx.
50%), leading data-centric projects to enhance our capabilities (approx. 25%), and ensuring robust data governance and compliance (approx. 25%).
The successful candidate will not just analyse, but also proactively identify opportunities and communicate data-driven insights and analysis on leasing marketing and office tenant engagement initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with agencies, internal IT, and business stakeholders to plan, manage, execute, and deliver impactful data-related projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive thorough analysis of customer and digital product data to uncover opportunities for business growth, customer acquisition, cross-selling, retention, and maximizing customer value.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure the seamless integration of analytics for timely, insight-driven decision-making in business projects.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify strategic opportunities. This includes translating business questions into quantitative and qualitative research, managing projects, ensuring data accuracy, generating insights, and preparing reports
- Lead data management projects that involve analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop and maintain dashboards for effective data visualisation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent tracking and reporting of digital performance across various channels
- Act as a strategic partner to the marketing team, providing deep analysis and insights to inform targeted customer engagement strategies.
- Serve as the team's subject matter expert on data governance and compliance. This includes performing privacy impact assessments, ensuring adherence to privacy regulations, and managing data quality and housekeeping processes.
- Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics, data management, or performance marketing
- A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strategic mindset with a talent for identifying business opportunities hidden in data and translating them into actionable initiatives
- Proven experience in driving business results and influencing decisions through data-driven storytelling
- Familiarity with various analytic tools/languages such as SQL, Python, Power
BI, Big Query - Solid understanding of independent consumer research and analytics
- Ability to synthesize research findings for report preparation, establish and maintain accurate records and reports
