Client Systems Administrator – Kroenke Sports & Entertainment
Location: Tulsa, OK
Department: Information
Technology Business Unit: OSG - The Outdoor Channel
Reports To: IT Systems Manager
Base Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
Responsibilities- Supports daily operations for remote site desktop computing.
- Supports daily operation and deployment of remote site computer room equipment.
- Deploys desktops and laptops (Win and Mac OS) to remote site users.
- Works with appropriate IT staff on remote site infrastructure projects and initiatives including: virtualization, disaster recovery, network maintenance, security, telecom, active directory, and workstation management.
- When applicable, instructs end users concerning fulfillment of IT initiatives.
- Documents full range of remote site IT operations and activities.
- Provides recommendations on hardware and software standards and products.
- Supports hardware and software acquisition within budget restraints.
- Collaborates with IT staff in diagnosing software, hardware, and operator problems; and provides feedback to staff and end-users.
- Travels to remote sites and to support projects as necessary.
- Assists with Service Desk operations as necessary.
- Participates in staff meetings.
- Participates in disaster recovery/business continuity solutions.
- Assists with telephone system support.
- Available for covering after‑hours maintenance critical issues.
- Builds PCs and sets up user accounts to company specifications.
- Provides end‑user technical support and training, when applicable.
- Moves hardware to accommodate personnel changes and needs.

Qualifications – Minimum- Five years’ experience supporting PC and Microsoft products.
- Five years’ experience in PC hardware maintenance.
- High school diploma or GED, required.
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Formal technical training or 4‑year college degree, preferred.
- MCSE or equivalent certification preferred.
- CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation and support of a wide variety of IT functions including server and desktop hardware, networking, telecommunications, operating systems, and application software.
- Demonstrated advanced problem‑solving capabilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory networking operations.
- Experience with SAN/NAS systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows (server and desktop) operating systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Apple operating systems.
- Knowledge of backup/disaster recovery/business continuity concepts and operations.
- Cooperative attitude and flexible approach to a wide variety of situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
