Desktop Support Specialist – Oklahoma State University Medical Center
This position is responsible for receiving requests for assistance or problem reports from users, performing an initial analysis, and determining which section of IT can resolve the issues. The role provides technical support for desktop computers, applications, server and storage access, telecommunications, and voice/video systems to staff within the hospital and remote clinics. It also responds to help desk ticket requests and coordinates the successful use of OSUMC’s technology infrastructure by end users.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Vocational / Technical training preferred.
- 1‑3 years of healthcare experience preferred.
