• Analyze division order documents for accuracy
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain records and databases
• Assist in asset management and reporting
• Support client inquiries and communication
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Familiarity with industry regulations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience with asset acquisition processes
• Knowledge of database management systems
