• Associate's Degree: 5 years of qualified experience.
• Bachelor's Degree: 3 years of qualified experience.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of Primavera experience required.
• Qualified experience includes utility-specific operations knowledge/experience with a good working knowledge of work processes and procedures.
• Experience in design, operations, planning, project management, cost tracking analysis, forecasting, project budgets, working with accounting principles, and/or construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills

• Plant or refinery experience.

Job Summary:

Responsible for coordinating team activities and supporting Project Managers by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules. Acts as scheduler and/or commodity tracker for major projects, ensuring accurate progress reporting and risk analysis. Interfaces with site teams, contractors, and senior management to provide timely updates and maintain compliance with organizational standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using critical path methodology, including resource loading and leveling.
• Define activities, durations, and logic to create scope of work plans and milestones.
• Conduct schedule reviews, provide status updates, and identify risks or delays.
• Mentor junior schedulers on scheduling techniques, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and governance.
• Perform schedule and cost integration (SPI/CPI) and support risk assessments.
• Troubleshoot scheduling issues and assist with user access and system roles.
