The Enterprise Implementation Manager at MEDEFY HEALTH INC is responsible for leading the successful deployment and integration of our SaaS solutions for enterprise clients. This role ensures that client implementations are executed smoothly, on time, and meet the clients' needs and expectations, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and contributing to the company's growth.

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for enterprise clients, ensuring timely and successful deployment of SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and tailor implementation plans to meet their specific needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, customer support, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the implementation process.
• Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
• Provide training and support to clients during and after implementation to ensure seamless adoption of the software.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any challenges that may arise during the implementation process.
• Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, progress, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or implementation roles within the SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level software implementations.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and relationship management.

• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise software solutions.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
