As a Senior Data Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing data infrastructure that supports the collection, storage, and analysis of large datasets. Your work involves building and maintaining data pipelines, optimizing database performance, and implementing scalable solutions for data integration. You will partner with experts to translate requirements into technical solutions. You will design and implement advanced Azure Data Factory and support large language modules.

As needed, you will supervise other Data Engineers.

Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Sr. Data Solutions Engineer: $107,000 – $171,000 plus annual bonus. Position can be located in Tulsa, OK (preferred with relocation), McLean, VA, or San Antonio, TX. Pay is commensurate with experience. Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits. Benefits are subject to change.

Responsibilities Include:

• Architect and implement scalable machine learning systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines (ETL).
• Design and maintain data models and schemas.
• Ensure high data quality and address discrepancies.
• Integrate data from various sources, including APIs.
• Design and deploy AI/ML pipelines.
• Utilize Azure Data Factory for data transfer.
• Develop and optimize machine learning models.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for data quality.
• Deploy machine learning models at scale.
• Create documentation for data processes.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Ensure database security standards.
• Perform other related duties.

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of solution design and architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS SQL Server, TFS, Power Shell.
• Knowledge of data management tools and database security.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Generative AI, and AI language models.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt.

Expected Salary: $107,000 per year
