We are seeking a Manager in Solution Architecture to join our EPM team. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of Enterprise Performance Management through detailed process design and implementation support.
The opportunity involves providing our clients with a unique business perspective on how these processes can transform and improve their entire organization. This is an expanding area of our practice with high growth and plenty of opportunities to enhance the skillsets of individuals looking to build a career.
As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex business problems and innovative technical solutions. Your expertise will guide technical decisions to ensure they align with business outcomes, offering recommendations that propel the business forward.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Developing solutions to complex problems and recommending policy changes.
- Establishing procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function.
- Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Skill And Attributes For Success include a robust set of technical and business skills, with proficiency in:
- Fostering relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
- Consistently delivering quality client services.
- Driving high quality work products within expected time frames and on budget.
- Monitoring progress, managing risk and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Managing expectations of client service delivery.
- Staying up to date on current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years relevant experience.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in providing complex consultative services in the following focus areas: master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.
- Working knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape.
- A strong working knowledge and point of view on the evolving concepts and practices for EPM.
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $139,100 to $254,900.
