Business Intelligence Developer position will lead Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) analytics initiatives and Quality Measure reporting to support the goals and objectives of the CCBHC and the Agency as a whole. The position will serve as a data analytics and domain expert, supporting decision-making processes, improving CCBHC Quality Measure performance, and communicating progress towards agency goals. The position will conduct analyses, create Power
BI reports/visualizations, SSRS Reports, and analytical tools so agency stakeholders can evaluate program performance and meet its mission and goals.
- Develops Business Intelligence content, dashboards, reports, risk stratification tools, predictive analytics solutions by using the FCS data warehouse, SSRS, and Microsoft Power
BI platform. - Responsible for the design and delivery of training in an in-person, classroom, or virtual delivery format.
- Implement next generation technology tools, including predictive analytics, level of care tools and risk stratification tools.
- Coordinate with the FCS IT team to ensure agency and program technology supports advanced analytics, and data is reliable and accurate.
- Collect critical metrics and KPIs for analysis, research and Power
BI dashboard display. - Work with large, complex data sets; solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems and apply advanced analytical methods as needed.
- Contribute to the development and management of analytics and data governance processes.
- Work one-on-one with staff and supervisors to assist with data entry, tracking system(s), documentation, program referral, and CCBHC quality measure reporting.
- Analyzing trends and working with CCBHC leadership to use data to drive performance improvement efforts, at both an individual and population health level.
- Report outcomes and participating in the CCBHC Advisory Committee, as needed.
- Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations.
- Will review report requests and help prioritize and develop work plans to efficiently meet work requests utilizing available resources.
