Overview

We’re looking for a polished, customer-facing Level 3 Helpdesk Technician to support 30+ client businesses in a mixed PC and Mac environment
. This is a C2H,
onsite role (5 days/week) based in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the go-to escalation point for complex IT issues for 30+ client businesses in a mixed PC and Mac environment.
  • Provide timely, professional, and world-class support to clients, primarily onsite in Tulsa, OK (5 days/week).
  • Work daily in Connect Wise and Microsoft Intune to diagnose and resolve issues.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years IT support experience, with 2+ at Level 3 or advanced helpdesk.
  • Strong skills across Windows + macOS.
  • Hands-on with Connect Wise & Intune.
  • Excellent communication,
    polished presence
    , and a positive, customer-first attitude.
