A growing healthcare technology company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help modernize its data platform and accelerate how client data is migrated, transformed, and optimized. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and AWS partners to design and build automated, AI-assisted data pipelines that drastically reduce migration time. The right person brings a strong data mindset — not just writing SQL, but thinking strategically about how data flows, scales, and performs in the cloud.
Key Focus Areas- Lead and optimize data migrations and ETL processes across SQL Server, Postgre
SQL, and DynamoDB - Build and tune pipelines using AWS services such as Glue, Athena, Redshift, S3, RDS, and Lambda
- Leverage AI-assisted tools (Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to enhance efficiency and accuracy in query optimization and automation
- Use C#/.NET and scripting to support integration and modernization efforts
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to drive transformation and continuous improvement
- Strong SQL expertise with performance tuning and optimization experience
- Hands-on experience with AWS data tools and cloud databases
- Knowledge of C#/.NET and familiarity with data migration or integration projects
- A data-driven, curious mindset and interest in using AI tools to work smarter
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
This is a chance to join a company in the middle of a major modernization effort — where you’ll have direct impact on technical direction, automation strategy, and how data powers the business.
