Job Description
The Helpdesk Coordinator accepts technical support calls to the IT Department and logs them in the Help Desk System. This position is responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of end-user hardware, operating system, software related problems as well as issues with voice communication. The coordinator forwards technical support issues that cannot be addressed by the Help Desk to the appropriate technician. They prepare reports, keep track of tickets that remain open for too long, assist prioritization of tickets, help coordinate moves, new hires, and clinic startups, assist with requisitions for parts and equipment to keep desktop/infrastructure supplied, and provide general assistance to the IT Department employees.
Qualifications- High school or GED (Preferred)

3 - 5 years
