- 10+ years of professional experience (technical assessment required)
- Proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively
- Ability to create clean, modern, testable, well‑documented code
- Advanced English fluency, verbal and written

- Dedicated to one project at a time, enabling innovation and growth
- Work with a team of talented senior‑level developers

Salary range: $65,000 - $130,000 annually, dependent on qualifications, expertise, experience, and role scope.
LocationFully remote. Candidates must be based in Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to collaborate effectively.
EmploymentFull‑time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
