Partner Solutions Specialist

Autodesk is looking for a Partner Solutions Specialist to lead the sales strategy for expanding Autodesk Fusion Cloud solutions within our partner ecosystem. This role plays a key part in driving net new business, sales growth, and market development for Fusion Cloud in our emerging engineering products through select partners across both EMEA & AMER in the Autodesk Channel network. You will report to the Senior Director, Emerging Solutions Partnerships and this is a remote role.

The ideal location is the east coast of United States.

As a Partner Solutions Specialist, you will utilize your industry expertise and experience to empower key partners in selling Autodesk products, applications, and services. Collaborating across teams, you will help customers achieve their business objectives and overcome challenges. Your role will span strategic planning, executing partner events, and guiding customer workflow discussions.

You will collaborate with executives and senior leaders across Sales, Technical Sales, and Partner teams to design impactful programs that drive measurable results. These programs equip partners to accelerate enterprise sales by integrating technology-driven workflows that foster long-term customer growth and retention. We seek a strategic thinker who is analytical, adaptable, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Expertise in manufacturing workflows is essential for providing solution workflow guidance, supporting customer demonstrations, and delivering solutions-driven insights.

Responsibilities
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management :
    Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management to drive strategic sales decisions
  • New Business Execution :
    Work with partners to help them identify and execute new business opportunities through creative solutions
  • Repeatable Sales Plays :
    Develop and implement repeatable sales strategies to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaboration :
    Work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of business plans
  • Stakeholder Engagement :
    Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with Fusion cloud solutions
  • Supports partner capacity by monitoring and analyzing resources through interactions, communicating with managers, and identifying new partnership opportunities to build subsidiary strategy
  • Drives complex programs independently, leveraging senior-level expertise to set direction, align stakeholders, and deliver results
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, or business development, preferably within the SaaS or Cloud industry
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing and its challenges, with a focus on technology solutions
  • CAD / CAM / CAE expertise Understand how Fusion integrates modeling, simulation, generative design, machining, and electronics
  • Cloud-based workflows Know how Fusion connects teams across disciplines in real time
  • Product lifecycle integration Understand how Fusion plugs into PLM, PDM, and ERP systems
  • Competitive awareness Be able to differentiate from Solid Works, PTC, Onshape, etc
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive partner engagement and sales growth
  • Analytical experience in data-driven decision-making and performance metrics

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.

-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $186,200 and $269,500. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
