Senior UA Manager

Our subscription-driven apps are powered by cutting-edge AI. We're looking for a hands‑on Senior UA Manager to scale our subscriber base and drive sustainable growth.
Paid Acquisition Management- Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Apple Ads, DSPs, and emerging channels.
- Allocate and optimize large budgets to maximize ROAS and user quality.
- Build and test ad creatives, user funnels, and paywalls in partnership with product and design teams.
- Conduct A / B tests across ads, trials, onboarding, and pricing models.
- Implement attribution strategies across SKAdNetwork, MMPs, and internal BI tools.
- Analyse trial-to-paid conversion, retention, and CAC payback metrics.
- Track KPIs (ROAS, CPI, LTV, retention) and generate actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage agency and platform relationships, leveraging beta programme access.
- Support App Store Optimisation (ASO) and organic acquisition strategies.
