Introduction :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Consultant to lead the development and execution of a macro IT strategy for our organization's economic development programs. The consultant will be responsible for evaluating and recommending IT systems, optimizing IT operations, and project managing IT projects to ensure successful delivery aligned with overall technology strategy. This RFP outlines the scope of work, deliverables, and qualifications required for the technology consultant.

You'll Do :

As an Information Technology Advisor, the selected technology consultant will :

• Influence the technology strategy to ensure the adoption of modern and innovative technologies.
• Collaborate across program boundaries to recommend solutions to complex technical problems.
• Develop innovative work practices to support the organization's mission of creating a vibrant and inclusive Tulsa.

• IT Policies and Standards.
• IT Operations Optimization & Structure Optimization.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication.
• Project Portfolio Management.
• Technology Software Advisory.
• Vendor Management.
