Clear Winds is looking for an IT/Help Desk Technician. This person will be required to be proficient in Windows, Active Directory, virtualization and help desk technologies. It is desired that this person be knowledgeable in multiple vendor IT environments.
This person will also need personal management skills and be able to multi‑task on different projects. This person also needs to be a self‑starter and someone who can complete projects and tickets. A strong work ethic, communication skills and organizational skills a must. A willingness to take ownership of the project while prioritizing its purpose to serve the users is critical.
RequiredSkills
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and Virtualization
- Receive and log help desk calls
- Open and close service calls
- Friendly and patient with clients
- 5+ years of experience in IT technology is preferred
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred and/or equivalent experience within a technology‑based environment.
- Candidates must have the ability to communicate well with clients.

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
