Infrastructure Operations Lead

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Lead to help drive the delivery and support of reliable, secure, and efficient technology services that enable business operations and growth.

In this role, you will provide operational leadership for infrastructure services, coordinate day-to-day activities across the team, and serve as a key resource during major incidents and operational challenges. You will partner with stakeholders across IT and the business to improve service delivery, drive continuous improvement, and help ensure infrastructure services meet the evolving needs of the organization.

The Infrastructure Operations Lead is responsible for supporting operational excellence across enterprise infrastructure environments, helping develop team capabilities, improving processes, and driving service reliability. This role is ideal for an experienced infrastructure professional who enjoys leading through influence, solving operational challenges, and helping teams deliver exceptional results.

This position will be located in our Tulsa, OK office. Visa Sponsorship is not available.

The Infrastructure Operations team partners with stakeholders across the business to deliver technology solutions and operational support that enable productivity, innovation, and growth. • Lead and coordinate infrastructure operations and support.
• Prioritize and balance workloads to meet business and service objectives .
• Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, security, and performance.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and disruptions.
• Lead major incident response, communication, and resolution.
• Drive root cause analysis and improvements that prevent recurring issues.
• Mentor team members and strengthen technical and operational capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve service delivery and effectiveness.
• Support maintenance, upgrades, capacity planning, and technology refreshes.
• Establish and improve operational metrics, service levels, and KPIs.
• Simplify processes, automate routine tasks, and improve efficiency.
• Maintain operational documentation, standards, procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Promote consistency, accountability, and discipline across support processes.

• Experience leading operational activities, projects, initiatives, or teams within an IT infrastructure or technology operations environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and coordinating the resolution of complex technology issues.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, systems, or operational environments.
• Experience collaborating across technical and business teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or providing guidance to team members and peers.

• Experience utilizing GenAI technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery
• Experience leading infrastructure operations in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or technology-focused environment.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure technologies such as networking, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, storage, collaboration technologies, or end-user computing.
• Experience with incident management, problem management, change management, and service management practices.
• Experience using operational metrics and performance indicators to improve service delivery.
