About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Property & Casualty Business Process Services (BPS) leader to take operational leadership of a large, global insurance BPS portfolio serving Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance carriers.

This is a hands-on business and operations leadership role. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience running outsourced P&C insurance operations from the service-provider/BPO side, leading large onshore and offshore organizations, managing complex client relationships, and delivering measurable operational and financial results.

The role will be responsible for helping mature and grow an established P&C BPS business, moving beyond operational stabilization toward stronger delivery performance, innovation, client expansion, and profitable growth.

What You'll OwnP&C BPS Operations Leadership Lead a large-scale outsourced P&C BPS operation supporting insurance carrier clients.

Own operational performance across delivery, quality, productivity, workforce planning, service levels, and continuous improvement.

Lead geographically distributed teams across onshore and offshore delivery locations.

Establish operating rhythms, performance metrics, governance structures, and accountability across the organization.

Develop and coach Delivery and Account Leaders to operate effectively with senior client stakeholders.

Ensure appropriate organizational capacity, leadership capability, succession planning, and talent development.

Client & Executive Leadership Serve as a senior operational leader and trusted advisor to US P&C insurance carrier clients.

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with carrier stakeholders.

Lead client governance, business reviews, operational discussions, escalations, and transformation conversations.

Translate operational performance and client needs into actionable improvement and growth opportunities.

Represent the organization credibly with senior insurance executives.

Business & Financial Leadership Manage significant operational budgets and financial performance.

Partner with commercial and sales teams on account growth, renewals, expansion, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.

Identify opportunities to expand existing P&C BPS relationships through additional services, process transformation, automation, and technology.

Participate in solution development, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, commercial modeling, and client negotiations.

Demonstrate a track record of growing or expanding outsourced services relationships.
