Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

A highly respected Tulsa Midtown banking and business law firm with an AV-rating for excellence, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with exceptional writing skills and a passion for crafting compelling legal arguments. Experience in probate and real estate matters is a plus.

• Draft clear, persuasive pleadings, motions for summary judgment, and other litigation documents.
• Manage all phases of complex litigation from inception through resolution.
• Analyze legal issues and develop strategic, results-driven solutions for client matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure favorable outcomes.
• Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and ethical conduct at all times.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• 0–5+ years of law firm experience in litigation, with a demonstrated focus on legal writing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of corporate and financial institutions.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
