Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join Epic’s legal team. This senior in‑house litigation attorney role, based at the Madison, WI campus, requires relocation to the area. Epic recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance.

Your primary focus will be on:

• Managing complex litigation.
• Counseling on potential risk areas including regulatory, competition, and healthcare law.
• Assisting in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes.
• Minimizing risk through proactive counseling.
• Representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings.
• Forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.
