Growing multi-state defense litigation firm seeks driven attorneys with a passion for litigation at our OKC and Tulsa locations. Our firm specializes in complex litigation and practices in a variety of areas of the law including construction law, healthcare liability, oil and gas, product liability, trucking/transportation, catastrophic injury, construction defect, premises liability, and insurance coverage. The right candidate is a team player, is not afraid of hard work, and wants to try cases.

Candidates with a strong litigation background and/or insurance defense experience, are preferred.

Qualifications
:
Juris Doctorate from accredited law school and licensed to practice in Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and able to work within a fast-paced and demanding environment. We seek someone who takes pride in attention to detail and is willing to adhere to the firm’s longstanding standard operating procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to provide substantive analysis are necessities, in addition to strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
:
Case management from start to finish including written discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, mediation, hearing attendance. All candidates must be able to evaluate a case’s strengths and weaknesses and be able to evaluate settlement and verdict potential. Our clients have strict reporting guidelines that require up-to-the minute reporting, analysis and recommendations. Trial experience is not required but heavily preferred.
