This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive, client focused team where you will play a key role in keeping property transactions on track.
Your roleYou will work closely with our conveyancing fee earners to ensure the smooth running of property transactions, supporting with administration, communication, and case management.
- Preparing and drafting correspondence, contracts, and legal documents
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, filing, and document organisation
- Scheduling appointments and keeping diaries up to date
- Handling completion dates and other key conveyancing milestones
- Communicating with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders
- Updating the case management system promptly and accurately
- Performing property searches and assisting with exchanges and completions
- Supporting colleagues across the department when required
- Upholding confidentiality and high professional standards at all times

You will succeed if you are detail oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Have proven administrative experience, ideally in a legal environment
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be proactive and able to manage tasks independently
- Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues
- Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information appropriately

Katie studied Law at Sheffield Hallam University, graduating with Honours in 2009. She was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in August 2018 while working 2024, Katie successfully cross-qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer.
