Transactional Paralegal

SBCS has partnered with a growing firm who isseeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transactional Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of transactional matters, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and analyze laws and regulations relevant to client matters
• Maintain and organize client files and documents
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in transactions
• Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate courts and agencies
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
• Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor s degree and/or Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
• 3+ years of experience working as a Paralegal in a transactional law setting
• Strong understanding of transactional law and legal terminology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software programs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
