Intake Specialist - Plaintiff Personal Injury

Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr – $47,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced intake specialist to join our growing plaintiff personal injury practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and understands the importance of strong first impressions.

• Minimum of 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required
• Prior intake or client‑facing experience in a law firm setting
• No litigation experience required
• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills
• Ability to evaluate potential cases, gather key facts, and document information accurately
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

As an intake specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for plaintiff personal injury clients, conducting detailed intake calls, screening potential cases, and ensuring accurate data entry into the firm's systems. You will work closely with attorneys and staff to help drive quality case acquisition while providing compassionate and professional client service.
