Position: Attorney/Lawyer (Tulsa, OK)

Attorney / Lawyer – Family Law (Tulsa, OK)

Stange Law Firm, PC is a rapidly growing multi‑state family law practice seeking experienced attorneys to join our Tulsa office.

As a team member, you will provide strategic legal support, represent clients in court, and contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence in family law.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and draft legal documents for filing and necessary correspondence.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, judgments, and orders.
  • Communicate with counsel, court personnel, and clients regarding case matters.
  • Interview and prepare witnesses for court appearances.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all document preparation.
  • Appear in court on all assigned cases promptly.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned cases, including file organization and administrative duties.
  • Conduct legal research on pertinent issues.
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Oklahoma license to practice law (required).
  • Experience in family law preferred but not required.
  • Five or more years of litigation experience qualifies for Senior Associate positions.

  • Competitive salary: $90,000–$120,000+ (BOE).
