Base pay range$24.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Logistics:
- On-site in Tulsa, OK
- 9-month contract with possible extensions
- One-round interview
- Anticipated start date: 1/26
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years' experience in supply chain, procurement, or accounts payable roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with procurement and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Power BI, SharePoint).
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Plusses:
- Experience with vendor management and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with invoice processing and common hold types.
- Knowledge of supply chain metrics and reporting tools.
Day to Day:
Insight Global is searching for a Procurement Coordinator to join a large oil and gas client in Tulsa, OK. In this role you will play a critical role in supporting the supply chain by ensuring timely material delivery and accurate invoice processing. This position actively monitors and expedites purchase order lines, tracks promised versus actual delivery dates and collaborates with vendors and internal teams to resolve delays and maintain material flow.
Additionally, the role addresses invoice holds by coordinating with Accounts Payable, buyers, and receivers to reconcile discrepancies, initiate corrective actions, and confirm successful payment. By leveraging automated tools, maintaining detailed records, and reporting key performance metrics, the specialist drives process efficiency while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and audit requirements.
Compensation:
$24/hr to $27/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
