The Labs Operations D2 contractor will serve as Door Dash’s local point of contact for its drone delivery partnership with Manna Drone Delivery in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This role will support the safe, organized, and efficient execution of daily field operations in a fast-moving robotics and automation environment.

The contractor will not operate or fly drones. Instead, they will coordinate on-the-ground activities, receive and manage supplies, report on Manna’s operations, distribute marketing materials, support merchant interactions, and provide hands‑on feedback to improve the ordering experience, operational processes, and technology.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, safety‑minded, and comfortable working outdoors, traveling to merchant locations, documenting observations, and adapting as the program evolves. This position requires a reliable personal vehicle for transporting food orders and traveling between merchant locations and the drone site as needed.

• Act as Door Dash’s primary local liaison with Manna’s on‑site team in Tulsa
• Support smooth day‑to‑day coordination between Door Dash, Manna, merchants, and other local partners
• Report weekly on Manna’s operations, including expansions, operational changes, and other partnership updates
• Serve as the local point of contact for receiving Door Dash‑related supplies
• Coordinate the handoff, organization, or storage of supplies as needed
• Print and deliver marketing and promotional materials to Manna for in‑market use
• Represent Door Dash professionally when interacting with merchants, community members, and partner teams

• Pick up food orders from assigned merchants and transport them to the drone site using a personal vehicle
• Occasionally shadow runners during trips to merchant locations
• Observe field operations and identify potential process improvements
• Place test orders through the Door Dash app
• Document changes, glitches, unusual activity, or other issues encountered during the ordering process
• Provide clear feedback on the customer and merchant experience
• Support operational testing and quality‑control activities in a live environment
• Identify issues and communicate observations to Manna’s team, Door Dash operators, and cross‑functional partners

• Follow all safety protocols, site procedures, and operational guidelines
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to keep daily activities on schedule
• Receive, organize, and manage operational materials accurately
• Document observations through weekly reports, process notes, and test‑order feedback
• Stay flexible and proactive as processes, technology, and operating procedures change
• Demonstrate consistent punctuality, accountability, and attention to detail

• Work closely with Door Dash and Manna teammates in a collaborative field environment
• Communicate operational updates, issues, and observations clearly and promptly
• Help reinforce a culture of trust, reliability, safety, and accountability
• Coordinate activities across distributed teams and local stakeholders
