• Build working relationships with customer representatives, project staff, and subcontractor representatives.
• Create accurate safety reports and accident investigation documents.
• Lead and participate in safety training and subcontractor development.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner with the customer and subcontractors.
• Facilitate safety training and orientations aligned with project specifics and schedules.
• Participate in safety organizations outside of the company and within the assigned region.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s current safety manual, policies, and expectations.
• Develop and maintain the Site Safety Execution Plan (SEP) and facilitate annual reviews.
• Engage in cross‑site activities, including cross audit opportunities with regional or area managers.

• OSHA 30 required, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in safety and health processes.
• Industrial, manufacturing, and construction experience preferred.
