Responsibilities- Develop and execute the overall marketing and sales plan in collaboration with corporate office
- Increase and maintain community occupancy and revenue production
- Build and maintain outreach partnerships for lead generation
- Conduct presentations, tours, and close sales with prospects
- Develop and sustain relationships with residents, families, and referral sources
- Plan and coordinate large activities for residents and prospective residents
- Coordinate community advertising with corporate marketing team
- Serve as manager on duty at the community as assigned
- Previous experience in a sales role is required
- Experience in Senior Housing or Hospitality is preferred but not required
- Ability to meet and maintain occupancy and sales goals
- Professional communication skills and ability to motivate and develop associates
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and lead management software
- Strong initiative, creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics
- Excellent time management, accuracy, and independent work ability
- Strong management skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Valid driver's license to drive on company time as needed
