The TCBH Nursing Department is hiring for a Nurse Coordinator that will supervise and manage staff, program, and unit that provides direct health services. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, integrating various functions assigned, and directing staff in meeting program goals.
Job Type / Salary- Open/Close dates: 8/18/25 – Until filled
- Full-time
- Hourly rate: $40.87
- Differentials: $3.00/hr when working weekends and holidays; $5.00/hr night
- Primary working hours: 6:30am–7:00pm

Education and experience requirements vary by level:
- Registered Nurse license in Oklahoma or eNLC with four years professional experience, two years supervisory, one year managerial or consultative, plus two years administrative.
- Bachelor’s in Nursing with three years professional experience, two years supervisory, one year managerial or consultative, plus two years administrative.
- Master’s with two years supervisory, one year managerial or consultative, plus two years administrative.
- Pass OSBI background check.
- Willing and able to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Upon conditional offer, submit to physical exam requiring the ability to lift/carry 50 lbs and push/pull 25 lbs.

The new 140,000‑sq‑ft, 106‑bed Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center, opening 2026, featuring a 24‑hour crisis response Urgent Recovery Center in OSU Academic Medical District.
24 hours, 7 days per week coverage. Work hours and location may vary by business necessity. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
