- Manage team of 30 Maintenance Technicians for 41 buildings.
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and repair systems. - Develop technical solutions and drive business results.
- Lead short / long-term planning for maintenance, renovation, and construction projects.
- Manage safety, janitorial, and energy management programs.
- Supervise contractors and vendors.
- Communicate with customers.
- Maintain mechanical systems and manage preventive / corrective maintenance.
- Ensure safety compliance for Sodexo and client employees.
