We are currently looking for a Portfolio Officer to join our Portfolio Team in Hong Kong’s leading decentralized office area – Taikoo Place. With top‑flight technological facilities and an integrated community, Taikoo Place is a thriving hub of 10 interconnected office towers that has seen continuous upgrading and expansion. Our team is professional in leasing and management of a comprehensive development and providing quality services to our tenants and creating added value for our investments.

• Assist tenancy administration, handle tenants fitting‑out matters and day‑to‑day operation, coordinate work project and budget preparation
• Handle tenants’ enquiries and complaints effectively and to maintain good relations with tenants
• Responsible for report and analysis preparation

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management, preferably in commercial buildings Good negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills on MS Office
