Responsibilities- Builds working relationships with customer representatives, project staff, and subcontractor representatives
- Creates accurate safety reports and accident investigation documents
- Leads and participates in safety training and subcontractor development
- Represents company in a positive and professional manner with the customer and subcontractors
- Creates and facilitates safety training and orientations aligned with project specifics and schedules
- Participates in safety organizations outside of the company and in assigned region
- Ensures compliance with the company’s current safety manual, policies, and expectations
- Develops and maintains the site Safety Execution Plan (SEP) and facilitates annual reviews.
- Engages in cross‑site activities including cross audit opportunities with regional or area managers.
- OSHA 30 required, or equivalent.
- NCCER Safety
- CHST preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in safety and health processes
- Industrial, Manufacturing and Construction experience preferred
