As the Consumer Growth Manager, reporting directly to the VP International Growth, you will set the strategy, build the playbook, and personally make it work. There is no existing machine to inherit, you are here to build one! This business is already insanely viral. Your job is to turn that raw energy into repeatable, scalable consumer growth. Founder-adjacent, high-agency, and self-directing.

You move fast, bias toward action, and care about volume first while keeping a commercial eye on losses and partner subsidies. You influence Product, elevate when needed, and don'twait for permission. If the toolingisn'tthere, you push the tech team to build what you need

• You own consumer order volume. Full stop.
• Design and execute the entire B2C growth strategy across all geographies
• Drive order volume, frequency, and retention across our app and aggregator partners
• Turn launches into moments with city-specific stunts and cultural hooks
• Leverage the cool factor and virality of drone delivery without gimmicks
• Work with partners and merchants to co-fund promotions and unlock win-wins
• Scale what works ruthlessly-and kill whatdoesn't

Experience scaling a high-growth B2C start-up, ideally in food delivery, marketplaces, mobility, quick commerce, or another location-based consumer business.

You combine strong analytical thinking with hands‑on execution and have increased acquisition, order frequency, and retention through CRM, promotions, partnerships, local activations, and product improvements.

The ability toidentifyand solve the keygrowth blockers limiting order volume, working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing to unlock the full potential of each Manna base.

Experience building from scratch, managing budgets and unit economics, and turning successful experiments into repeatable, scalable growth playbooks.

Above all, youare comfortable owning an ambitious volume target and being personally accountable for delivering it.

You are comfortable using the latest AI tools to work faster, make better decisions, andoperatewith exceptional efficiency.

This is a rare opportunity tohelpbuild the consumer growth engine for a category-defining product at the point of US scale-up. The role combines commercial discipline with real creativity and entrepreneurship: constantly finding local ideas that promote our offering,make itmore relevantandappealing to consumers. You will have direct access to senior leadership, significant freedom to test and execute, and the ability to influence our product, launch strategy, and commercial model across multiple markets.

You will also work closely with our consumer growth colleague in Ireland,benefiting from coaching and the learnings developed to date. The product already generates extraordinary consumer interest. Your job is to turn that excitement into millions of repeat orders and help make drone delivery part of everyday life.
