This individual will oversee the overall operation and profitability of a rental center, leading teams across sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics. • Lead all aspects of branch operations
• Manage sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics teams
• Drive revenue growth and profitability for the location
• Review and manage P&L performance and financial reporting
• Develop and coach employees while building a high-performing team
• Maintain customer relationships and support business development efforts
• Monitor operational efficiency, safety, and service quality
• Ensure achievement of branch performance goals and KPIs

• Business Management degree
• 5+ yrs of Experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) and key financial controls
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week
• High level of accountability, organization, and time management
• Willingness to learn all aspects of the business
• Prior sales experience
• Equipment rental industry experience
• Construction or industrial market experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management
• Experience hiring, developing, and managing sales teams
