Plant Manager

• Lead plant operations to ensure production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to drive productivity and operational performance.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance plant output and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Promote a culture of safety through regular training, audits, and enforcement of best practices.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and industry standards.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop plant staff to build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that supports employee engagement and retention.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to ensure continuous growth and accountability.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Lead lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, reliability, and upgrades.

• Manage plant budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align plant performance with organizational goals.

• Proven leadership experience as a Plant Manager or in a senior manufacturing role.
• Strong background in operations, production, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with manufacturing systems and ERP tools.

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).
• Occupational Safety and Health certifications.
