Pay: $21–$29/hour DOE + 11.5% shift premium

Location: North East Tulsa

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM

We’re seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to produce precision components in a clean, climate‑controlled shop. The Manual Machinist will perform full setups, create custom work holding, and verify part quality to tight tolerances while collaborating with a team that values craftsmanship and accuracy.

• Set up and operate manual mills and lathes (including Bridgeport).
• Perform complete setups and create custom work holding for unique parts.
• Read blueprints/drawings and apply tolerances to meet specifications.
• Measure with micrometers, calipers, gauges; complete first‑article/self‑inspection.
• Machine high‑mix, low‑volume parts with consistency and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot machining challenges and propose solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace (5S & safety standards).

• Proven manual machining experience on mills and lathes.
• Strong blueprint reading, measurement, and inspection skills.
• Ability to plan operations and work independently on one‑off parts.
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.

• Stand, bend, and move throughout the shift; lift up to 70 lbs (use lifting aids as needed).
