We are seeking an experienced Conventional Machinist to join a high‑precision manufacturing team in Tulsa. The Conventional Machinist will plan, set up, modify, and operate a variety of conventional machine tools
, producing parts with exact tolerances and high‑quality finishes.

• Plan machining operations, including part holding, alignment, and proper tooling
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and sketches
• Make machine and tooling adjustments for a wide range of parts
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, indicators) to verify tolerances
• Perform advanced mathematical computations for machining accuracy
• Operate conventional machines including:
  • Engine Lathes
  • Radial Drills / Mills (Bridgeport, Mecof)
  • TOS Mills
  • Broach machines (keyway)
• Perform bench operations, grinding, tool setting, and layout work
• Assist other machinists with setup and provide training as needed
• Conduct minor machine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, adjustments)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other power equipment
• Follow proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with JHA regulations
• Produce quality parts on time while complying with ISO 9000 requirements
• Provide and maintain personal tools according to RPI calibration requirements

• 2–4 years Trade/Technical School or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of advanced shop mathematics
• Ability to read complex drawings, specifications, charts, and tables
• Familiarity with a wide variety of precision measuring tools
• 3–5 years conventional machining experience preferred
• Must read and write English
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Prolonged standing; frequent walking, bending, kneeling, twisting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong hand‑eye coordination
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments
