Location: Tulsa, OK

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Summary
  • Interpret and work from engineering requirements, work orders, blueprints, sketches, and written/verbal instructions
  • Set up and perform manual assembly operations and machine functions
  • Use precision measuring instruments for inspection and verification
  • Drill, ream, countersink, spot face, and install fasteners using hand-powered tools
  • Utilize tooling for the assembly of components into subassemblies or final products
  • Verify work against instructions and engineering specifications; identify and report discrepancies
  • Ensure proper certification of tools and equipment per procedures
  • Perform tasks within defined schedules and timelines
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts and assist in training other team members
  • Must successfully pass a hands‑on skills demonstration
Requirements
  • 10+ years of hands‑on structural assembly experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency with manual assembly operations and related machinery
  • Strong understanding of precision measuring tools and quality standards
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and manufacturing work instructions
  • Team player with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR)
