Aircraft Structural Mechanic L3
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions- Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations?
- Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?
- Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
- Interpret and work from engineering requirements, work orders, blueprints, sketches, and written/verbal instructions
- Set up and perform manual assembly operations and machine functions
- Use precision measuring instruments for inspection and verification
- Drill, ream, countersink, spot face, and install fasteners using hand-powered tools
- Utilize tooling for the assembly of components into subassemblies or final products
- Verify work against instructions and engineering specifications; identify and report discrepancies
- Ensure proper certification of tools and equipment per procedures
- Perform tasks within defined schedules and timelines
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and assist in training other team members
- Must successfully pass a hands‑on skills demonstration
- 10+ years of hands‑on structural assembly experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency with manual assembly operations and related machinery
- Strong understanding of precision measuring tools and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation and manufacturing work instructions
- Team player with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR)
Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324(b)(3) to comply with ITAR regulations.
